Why worry

Life gives us plenty of reasons to worry, unexpected challenges, unanswered questions, and moments that leave us feeling uncertain. But Philippians 4:6 reminds us:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

Worry drains us, but prayer strengthens us. Worry focuses on the problem, but prayer turns our eyes to the Problem-Solver. Instead of carrying burdens we were never meant to bear, we can lay them at the feet of Jesus, trusting that He is already working things out for our good.

So the next time anxiety creeps in, pause and pray. God is listening, He cares, and He is faithful to provide.
